How are mammary glands related to the integumentary system?

Mammary glands are modified sweat glands located within the breasts. Each breast contains 15 to 25 lobes, which are divided into lobules. Each lobule contains many alveoli, where milk is secreted and enters a milk duct, which leads to the nipple. Milk is produced only after childbirth.
