Which is the broadest bone in the body?

The hip bones are the broadest in the body. The hip bones are originally three separate bones in infants: the ilium, ischium, and pubis. These bones fuse together by age 23. The hip bones are united to each other in the front at the pubic symphysis joint and in the back by the sacrum and coccyx.
